Made a purchase with blindsgalore.com on 3-30. We received two of the 6 blinds we ordered right away, but that was it. Nearly a month later and there is still no sign of the rest of the order. We had a similar experience where the order was showing up on their tracking system and then about a week ago it dropped off. No UPS tracking info was ever available. Trying to call them and they are still "Updating their system." VERY suspicious after two and a half weeks!!!! Our only chance is to dispute the charges through our bank.
We have had several great experiences with Blinds Galore before, but I would stay very far away from them for now!
