The Zire 72 is the new design for the Palm Zire line of PDAs. It has been improved drastically from previous models, which makes this the best PDA of this line. Here are a few reasons you should pick the Palm Zire over other PDAs of this type and price range.

The Zire 72 performs great with all of the features. The color screen is bright and easy to see with a resolution of 320x320. A great feature you may enjoy is the 1.2 megapixel camera, which isn't bad for a PDA. It is also capable at capturing movies at 15 frames a second. For you folks that enjoy music on the go the Zires MP3 player adds to this great product. The only drawback about the player is that you need to buy a secure digital memory card in order to listen to MP3s. IF you need to remember something a voice memo is also a helpful option.
Software and Programs
The programs included for the Zire are great as well. It include both word and excel on Documents to go, which is great for working on the go. Palmone is a great program used in syncing the PDA to your computer. It is very easy to understand and has specific tabs for your media. Also, it does very well with microsoft outlook. The bluetooth capability is great because there is no a program that will remember the bluetooth configuration. There are no other devices that give you these great features at this price range.

The Zire 72 is a great PDA for the working person on the go. Other PDAs such as the Compaq and HP line have a bit more complicated operating system. Palm OS is very easy to understand and to navigate through the PDA. Those other PDAs also do not have some of the features of the Zire 72 like a digital camera or voice recorder. Also the programs are not as good. That is why I recommend the Zire 72 to everyone who wants a great PDA, with great features, that is affordable.
