Oh that is quite unfortunate that you weren't able to go outside. That was my favorite part of this museum, the gardens. Absolutely gorgeous. I liked this museum quite a bit myself when I visited it a few years ago. Nice review!

We hit the top slice of Texas but it isn't on our radar screen in the near future. There is so much to see. We only hit the tip of the iceburg in the last two years and that is with about 25 weeks of traveling! Next year if we do another 3 months, it will be to Alaska, Washington and Oregon. Can't wait- sort of already planning that as we remodel our house on the ocean and leave it for the summer! jo

Nice review!
If you ever get out to Texas, take a swing through Fort Worth. They have a cowboy museum that just might trip your trigger, though the Stockyards area might be a powerful attractor too...
