poor customer service, overcharged, took more that 3 mos to settle dispute

I was disappointed with the service, and feel cheated. We purchased a coffee and end table from them, the coffee table arrived damaged and the end table did not look like the picture on-line. There is a similar end table in a local department store, and we thought we were getting the same thing but at a discounted price. It took more than three months to get our refund and we were charged $143 shipping and restocking fees -- thats more that 50% of the price of the table that wasn't damaged.(Even though I was told the freight company would pay shipping for that one). I WAS told we'd have to pay shipping for the smaller table, but I was unhappy about it because I felt that it was misrepresented. After 3 months of waiting and finally talking to the owner, I understood that the shipping would be waived because it had been so long since we sent back the furniture and requested a refund. Silly me.
