Suncom has the worst everything you could ever want in a cell phone carrier

Pros: the un plan would be cool if the service ever actually worked but it doesnt.
Cons: terrible customer service, dont contact expecting help. you can't ever get a signal anywhere.
The Bottom Line: do not EVER even consider for half a second getting a plan with suncom.

If you want a cell phone that actually gets service indoors - suncom is not for you.
If you want a cell phone service that actually gets service outdoors - suncom is not for you.
If you want customer service people that are polite and helpful - then suncom is not for you
I recently pulled out of my contract becuase i cannot get service anywhere and when i do it is staticky and i often lost calls. I think there is one wimpy tower in the entire southeast.
the customer service people both in the stores and on the phone are not helpful at all. I would say 90% have no knowledge whatsoever of their products and there is no communication between departments. They omit very important informatin when trying to appease their customers and I honestly feel as though I have been lied to on numerous occasions.
there is no customer service...just rude representatives. if you get one named keisha in the charleston office just hang up, call back, and pray you get a different person the next time.
Also just because you buy a phone from suncom that can download rings, send pictures and has other "extra" features that you are paying extra to do by buying that phone doesnt mean that suncom has the capability to do that on the phone you buy FROM them to do it. and dont expect them to tell you that it cant do anything they have advertised that it can do either.
