After researching tons of praises on Web about Panasonic's new LCD projector (PT-AE700U), I was ready to buy. But, wasn't sure how the 2X zoom lens would fill a screen in our 17 foot wide family room. I opted to use their 800 phone to see if indeed a real person might help out. Surprise! A real person answered and helped me figure out that a DaLite 80-inch pop-up 16:9 screen would be perfect match.
Concerned yes; I had not heard of Visual Apex before. But the friendly and honest sound of these folks cinched the deal. So, I paid my $2K+ for both items -- hoping this was the right decision. Shipping prices seemed very fair too.
As promised everything arrived -- and their tracking service alerted me every step of the way.
A post delivery follow-up call from them wanted to be sure we were happy with our purchase - - something you rarely find these days.
The outstanding quality of the Panasonic front projector with the simple DaLite screen is a big hit in our house (and with neighbors who now drop by to watch football on giant screen). They can't believe the picture quality from the Comcast HDTV feed over this projector/screen combo.
Visual Apex earned my good seal of approval -- I would buy here again (and will). They kept their promises and more.
