second worst online shopping experience

On Dec06/2004 I placed an order for "I Love Lucy complete 1st and 2nd season" (2 different items). I was charged for those items wright away. Superduper provided me with tracking number which is nice. My order was shipped via UPS ground and I received it on Dec15. After I opened the box, I noticed that one DVD is missing. On the invoice I tryed to find a phone number to call customer service but it appears that there is no such thing. All you can do is email them, which I did.
They emailed back very quickly with apology "We are sorry to report that we will not be able to obtain the following item for
you because it is not currently in stock" (remember: I was charged for it). I checked their web site the same day and found that they still have that DVD posted there. In the same email, they said that they refunded me my money for that one item. It took couples days for the credit card to post it. After I looked at my credit cards statement, I noticed that they haven't refunded whole amount I paid, they didn't include taxes which was more than $5. So I emailed them back and I got the rest of my money back.
to conclude:
Prices are good
Shipping Expensive
Customer Service? - only emails. there is no company's address or phone number.
I had bad experience, I wouldn't shop there again and I don't recommend it to anybody else.
