Pros: Cheapest outside PTZ camera with high megapixel ratings.
Cons: Firmware is very buggy and the camera is unusable in a DVR security solution.
The Bottom Line: Do not purchase unless for watching the kids at home while you are at home yourself. Not over the internet.

IKWB11A
The camera cannot work over a slow WAN link. It's FTP recording sometimes works, usually doesn't. The camera will lockup and quit sending images. Sometimes it just drops off the LAN and switches to WIFI even though we don't have WIFI.
The PTZ is weak and has broke on me once. Support was good to replace that as warrenty expired right after I opened the support call, and before I shipped it.
The link to /__live.jpg?&&& sometimes gives Cannot be found errors, which requires the camera to be constantly rebooted to work again. The camera has a reboot button on the web forms under Network/General, but it doesn't actually reboot the camera and as of the 301- firmware, it resets pages of settings to something non-default which causes additional problems.
The picture quality is good, but if you are using it for security, the aperature is set too long to get these good stills. You end up with people being very fuzzy due to this (think motion blur) so you cannot use it for identification.
You cannot set the picture at full resolution and get 30FPS, so you have to set it to 640x480. If you decrease the AE to compensate for the motion blur, you get a very dark picture. So you need VERY VERY good lighting.
The PTZ only allows for a small range of movement, not even 180 degrees.
Toshiba support is unhelpfull. I have tried 3 firmware upgrade to no avail. The folks that manufacture our DVR software have nothing but ill words for these cameras, as do the folks who do our remote tech support (another company.)
