Love my Gateway

The Bottom Line Service is good. Phone support is good. Computer is good. I would definitely recommend. They are a little sensitive to some software, but that was not a big deal here.
I have had very good luck with my Gateway. The only problem that I have had was caused from an outside force. The phone support has been great, although sometimes wait time is tremendous. The other problem with phone support is they can't stay on the phone to see if the computer is going to blow up and that means another call. I have found their techs knowledgeable and helpful. Since I don't have a country store around, they have sent people to the house to take care of the couple of problems I had. They never charged me for parts even though it was my service provider hookup that burned through my various parts. This is my first computer, but based on my experience this time I would purchase another one from Gateway.
