Extremely frustrating and disappointing

Remember the days when customer service was paramount and interwoven into a company’s mission statement? Well, these are still those days… after all; a business with a clean reputation stands to profit from the satisfaction of previous customers in the form of customer loyalty and customer referrals.
However, imagine the appalling reputation a company would receive if products the customer paid for were not delivered after weeks or months of waiting.
Imagine if the customer, wanting to check on the status of an order gone stagnant, found there was no viable way of communicating with the company which had already pocketed the money.
Imagine the frustration of repeatedly being put on hold for twenty minutes before being transferred to a voicemail of which none of the messages left were responded to.
Imagine if all emails left by the concerned customer were also ignored.
Now imagine the further degradation of customer confidence if this proved to be a company’s standard practice.
This is the ghastly reputation of Botach Tactical.
I made the mistake of allowing myself to place an order with Botach Tactical against the uncertainties I had developed after having learned of their atrocious reputation among the honorable sporting community. After having received an illusory confirmation email promising shipment within 24 hours, I was relieved.
However after three weeks, I checked on this absent order and found the order status on their webpage to read the same "Will ship within 24 hours" spiel I had received three weeks earlier.
You know that feeling you get when the very thing others cautioned you about falls right in your lap?
After several calls being put on hold indefinitely, put on hold and then disconnected or transferred to a voicemail (of which none of the messages left were responded to), I had become “one” with that feeling.
My suspicions were confirmed as all of my inquisitive emails were also ignored.
Let me now be one of those “cautioning others” for those tempted by the enticing prices offered by Botach Tactical: Not only does Botach fail to deliver as promised, they don’t give a flip about customer service either. If you’re not calling to place an order, you’re bothering them, it’s as simple as that and they’ll treat you as such.
Do the research here or on various sportsmen’s bulletin boards and learn from the consensus and experience of others before being burned yourself. You'll find Botach has earned quite possibly the worst reputation of any company within the sporting community.
Spend the extra few dollars if necessary to buy from a reputable company. Reputable is a description Botach Tactical has lost and likely can never reclaim.
