The shopping process was easy. The product arrived quickly. One big problem: The bamboo rug I ordered arrived with a big scratch down the middle of it. I don't believe this scratch occurred in shipment, as the rug arrived rolled up, and therefore the scratched area was protected during shipment. The rug must have left the factory with the scratch on it.
