Good price, Good delivery time, Website needs work

Although I found Onecall’s website was packed with useful information on their products, once a product was added to your basket the check out was a hassle. Took 2 days and several attempts to complete the purchase. First I tried to pay with Paypal and all I got was popup’s. I then went to my second option the Credit Card. I ordered Sony MDRG94NC Street Style Noise Canceling Headphones and their price was completive and with free shipping. Onecall processed and shipped the order right away and the order wad delivered in 3 days.
As with many online sites Oncall’s order tracking didn’t work and was confusing to lookup your order information.
Onecall Requires that you must sign for the delivery in person via FedEx. I found this policy to be very inconvenient on a order under $100.00 as I had to drive 7 miles to retrieve the package from the FedEx office. I do understand this policy with high value items. Because of their shipping signature policy and not being at home to personally sign for the package I would be hesitant to order a low value item from them again. Besides that beef they seem to be a good company to deal with.
Side Note: Even with your signature on file with FedEx and the leave at the door release, Onecall still requires a in person signature.
