I'm glad you find the idea useful! One of the catalogs I find most useful is the Baker's Catalogue, which tests out items enough that they often end up recommending odd little uses for things instead of the advertised purpose.

My only problem with using tupperware in the microwave is that it tends to get scarred from the hot food. And I really do love these things as lids. But otherwise, yeah, I prefer reusable items.

I still have to review my set but I hear you in terms of disposable items. I was talking about this product the other day and I don't see why I would use these over just a tupperware container, mostly in terms of being environmentally friendly. Oh well, we're a consumer society ;)
