Extremely POOR IF ANY post-purchase customer service

The digital slr camera which I purchased as part of an accessory kit from Price Rite Photo indicated via error message that the flash card also purchased from Price Rite Photo was incompatible. The camera manufacturer and the camera manual also confirmed this incompatibility. Upon reviewing my invoice I noticed that it listed the Price Rite Photo order number of a compatible flash card. I called Price Rite Photo's customer service and after a lengthy delay spoke with the manager. He asked for order information which was irrelevant and which I couldn't provide. Upon hearing this he threatened to disconnect the call. Further prompting from me to explain the discrepancy elicited a threat that he would charge me and additional 10% (I assume of the price of my order) for wasting their time. This caused me some concern as they have all my credit card information. A moment later the call was disconnected either by Price Rite Photo or a poor cell connection. I immediately redialed and received an automated message informing me to try my call later due to high caller volume.
I am now stuck at least for my purposes with two useless flash cards, one which came with my kit and another which I purchased on top of the kit. I had to purchase a compatible flash card from a reputable brick-&-mortar store in order to use the camera for an international vacation which I am on for the next two weeks. Since they have a seven-day return policy I presume I will be out of luck with regards to any claims I may have.
Price Rite Photo did have the best price but in the end the experience it cost me in time, money and aggravation.
To be fair they did have the best price, good pre-purchase customer service and on-time delivery. However their business practices as evidenced by their complete lack of post-sales customer service will cause me to avoid any future dealings with Price Rite Photo.
