Bad Experience, time and time again

Cons: Bad reception, not many towers, horrible customer service, cheap phones, too many mistakes on everything

I am a fool for leaving Verizon wireless....Let me first start by saying I have a 2 year contact with Cingular, Thank God i'ts almost over. I have been with them a year and seven months and every month my bill is incorrect, I have to call and have them correct it. Is it me or is it my bad luck? I had to call the Cingular rebate # several times because I never recieved my 50 dollar mail in rebate. It was their fault, they admitted that they gave me the wrong form for the promotions for that month. I have to call in to Customer Service every single month to get my bill corrected, they add something to my acct. My bill is suppose to be $39.99 a month plan, and they had me down for 2 plans and my bill was $160.00 a month for last month, I called and they did correct it however. I have never been late with the company but 1 time and I was approximatly 7 days late and they turned my phone off and charged me 36.00 to turn my phone back on...Verizon gives you a longer grace period then that. I couldn't believe it....Plus Cingular Wireless has the worse phones and the worse reception, I can not even make a single call inside my house. I have 0 bars inside my house and only 1-2 outside the house. I am always dropping calls. This company is the lowest of all companies. Stay far away from them, the customer service reps are rude and they don't apologize for any mistakes on your bill. I have one or two that were very nice and apologetic, but for the majority are not...It is definately not worth the hassle, If I would have known this I would not of left Verizon. Cingular was cheaper at the time and I thought all cell phone companies are alike, boy was I wrong. I had good reception with Verizon, and never had a mistake on my bill. Plus I recieved my rebate quickly with them. I don't know why their customer service reps are so irrisponsable at this company. Their always making mistakes and charging me wrong or adding something that I did not ask for or they dont credit my account in which I paid. This is an on going continuation and they have lossed my business in a couple of months when my contract is over, I will be gone. Another thing I forgot to mention is it took me over 2 weeks to recieve my phone through the mail, they did not give Fed Ex my apt# on the package and they said that that was a common mistake. Well it looks like Cingular has to many mistakes
