Service Merchandise sent defective merchandise, demanded that I send it back at my expense (it was a large and heavy item) and lost the other part of my order. Then, they refused to issue a credit for the defective item, the return shipping (which they promised to refund), or the part of the order that never arrived. The worst part was all of the chirpy "have a great day" emails I received promising to issue credits. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card...but at the end of the day I'll be out $30.00. Stay far away from this online retailer...there are others out there who are honest.
