Cons: bad customer service, bad design

The cell phone stopped working. Problem with power connection. They told me it was because of water damage and they could not do anything. There is a dye strip on the inside that was just fine. I showed them that it was fine and they said that doesnt always show that it was wet. So how do they know? I know, they make it up so they don't need to replace any phones...
