ordered products.
got them and they did NOT work.
called.
I was told there couldnt be that ALL the items didnt work.
I was asked if i used the correct ammo size.
i asked for EXCHANGE and was offered to "keep them if you want" with no exchange.
i askerd for refund.
days after calling long distance, I finally was "approved" a refund.
I lost the shipping cost going both ways, and got my refund about 1 week later.
I was talked to by them asif I didnt knwo what I was talking about, and at the end they said the product was fine, (which is a lie 'cause I know it for a fact--since I SEEN THEM ALL FAIL)
customer service is IFFY at best.
you wanna save a buck, and end up losing TEN for long distance calls, or time and effort OR BOTH.
Ill never go back to them, and I have heard stories about BOTACH which makes my experience sound like a joke.
They can ignore you if they wish, and DO NOT EVER EVER send them a check or M.O.
I suggest to stay away from them ans save yourself your sanity.
BUT if you must try them, pay with american express, since AMEX will back you up 100%.
