My initial experience with the SuperDuperClub. com was good. I placed my order received an initial follow-up email that all was in stock and would ship on time. requested expedited shipping for the Christmas Holidays. I then received an email that said that my items were shipped. It was not until I actually received my package that I was notified that 1 item was shipping separately. I wrote in to find out that my item was sent GROUND - I originally paid for UPS 3 day AND I wrote a note with my order in the comments section that said: please call if my items will not arrive by Friday, December 23, 2005. As they are x-mas gifts and need to arrive by then. Thanks.
I find out on 12/22/05 after I initiated contact that one of my items would not arrive until 12/29 - 4 FULL DAYS after Christmas. I am personally DONE with the SuperDuperClub. com I spent over $175. with them and they could not get a simple 3 dvd order straight with instructions. I would rather PAY MORE and get service elsewhere. I know there are plenty of companies that will take very good care of high price point customers like me. Good-bye SuperDuperClub. com.
