I have ordered from Botach tactical on 2 different occasions and received terrible service both times. The first time I paid for 3 day shipping because I needed the equipment quickly, however it still took 11 days to receive my order. Eight days after placing the order I called and asked where the order was I was told "our shipping department must have lost the order." They then shipped my order which I received 3 days later.
The second time I ordered it was much worse; it took 28 days, 6 phone calls, and 4 emails to receive my order. The first time I called I was told "we are sorry, your order will be shipped today." The second time I called I was told "The boots are back ordered." The third time I called I was told "shipping is not my department so I do not know anything about it." When I tried to question the third customer service rep further she stated "I told you that is not my department," and hung up on me.
It took over a week to receive a response to any of my emails. After the third email I received a telephone call from a costumer service rep. She told me that she would personally make sure my order was shipped that day; 5 days later it still was not shipped. I called once again and was told it would be shipped that day. Three days later when I did receive my order I was missing one item and another was the wrong item. I called once again and was asked to send them a copy of the packing label. I was told that they were shipping out the rest of my order that day. It is now 57 days and 6 more phone calls and I still have not had my order corrected. I originally placed this order on October 6th it is now December 30th and I still have not received my entire order. Even after all of this the customer services rep did not offer me a discount or even an apology.
Botach's prices are very good but no matter how good they are it's not worth the aggravation to order from this company. I have given up trying to deal with Botach tactical directly. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company and the better business bureau, hopefully they will have better luck then I have. I hope this can save you from the aggravation I have had because I tried to save a few dollars and order from Botach Tactical.
