I made a mistake when booking a flight for my husband online and called to correct the mistake. I was given a person who barely spoke English and was rude. He would not work with me on correcting the mistake, just told me that I did it and he would have to charge me 130.00 to change it. Then ended the conversation with Happy New Years. I called the airlines and they took care of my mistake without extra charges. I will never use Orbitz again and think they outsource their jobs to other countries, thus the language problem.
