The Sock Company. Similar to not being able to judge a book by its cover one cannot judge an online store merely by its name. After a visit to this site a shopper quickly realizes that this is an extraordinary online store offering much more than socks. However, if it’s socks you want its socks they have, offering a plethora of brands including Thorlo, Wigwam, Columbia, Goldtoe and ProFeet, just to name a few.
As previously mentioned The Sock Company isn’t just about socks. The site features an abundant variety of underwear, thermal underwear as well as athletic wear and medical support hosiery, again featuring renowned brands such as Duofold, 2(x)-ist, Calvin Klein, Hanes, and Champion in addition to many more.
But what good is a site with so much to offer without good customer service? In addition to its excellent variety, The Sock Company offers customer service second to none. Case and point……. My first ordering experience went as follows: After placing an order on a featured sale item, to my dismay, I was advised via e-mail that the product had a 2 week backorder delay. To my surprise the e-mail continued stating that The Sock Company would offer the same sale price to a finer quality model of the same brand. The order was received within 4 business days with the finer quality item. Since that first order I have ordered several items from The Sock Company and have had a pleasant experience with each and every order. At the completion of placing your order, an e-mail verification is received which includes a tracking number, however, unbelievably, your order is received in such an expedient manner many times you don’t get the opportunity to track your purchase. In addition to The Sock Company’s great customer service and excellent quality of products, free shipping is offered for orders of $65.00 or more.
I firmly believe that The Sock Company may be one of the best online stores available on Web.
