The Bottom Line Remember that sometimes in life the best bargins or products are the ones that only cost a buck!
We all know that taking care of our skin is a very important thing to do in our lives. We spend large amounts of money on skin care products each day. And we all have different types and brand’s that we use and different brands. Some of us believe only in one brand, while others will try several different brands until we find the one right for us. These facial products can cost a lot or hardly anything at all.
I want to tell you about two products that I got from my local dollar store for only $1.00 each and let me assure you they work just as well as those expensive brands and I have tried many of those!
Before I start I would like to share with you about my own skin problems. I have a combination of dry to oily skin. On my forehead, sometimes it will be oily feeling, as well as on my chin. However, on my cheeks and nose area that part is dry. Trying to find products that will work for me is not always easy. They will either cause the oily areas of my face to be oilier or the dryer areas to be drier. I do have a facial wash that I use daily and will use no other one and I will share that product with you all at a later time perhaps.
Anti-aging what exactly is that anyway? The “Webster’s Dictionary© teaches us the word “anti” means to operate against, or that will prevent, cure, or neutralize, opposite; reverse, rivaling.” The “Webster’s Dictionary© also teaches us that the word “aging” means to grow old, a long time, a stage of life.”
Wrinkle, what is that? Well The “Webster’s Dictionary© teaches us that the word “wrinkle” means a small furrow in a normally smooth surface, a crease in the skin.” That’s a scary thought isn’t it! We all have wrinkles somewhere on our bodies, don’t we? Some more than others, and others will never see any. And those are the people who truly believe in the products they buy to reduce anti-aging/wrinkles. Or can afford plastic surgery!
And because of these meanings, we, the men, women and children of the world, try really hard to defy nature at any cost. Some of us succeed and others, well we just try really hard at playing the game, and somewhere along the way we will find a product that will help us to feel better about ourselves, and perhaps will even by some long shot, actually work at helping us to defy that natural process of obtaining wrinkles and aging.
And the money, oh the money we will spend. Some people think that the more they pay for the product, the better the product will work! Let me tell you this is not true in any way. Sometimes, stuck way back there in the background of life someone comes across a product that is a lot less and will work just as well. I am such a person. I have found two products that only cost a $1.00 and work just as well as those expensive ones, like I already stated above. There is not a place on Epinions to tell you about these products except for right here under “How To Choose A Wrinkle or Anti-Aging Treatment” and let me tell you this is how I choose. Cost was one factor I had to look at and the product itself was very important to me.
Last Christmas I was in my local Dollar General Store and I came across these two products made by Personal Care™. I have used this brand before in other items like bubble bath or hair combs/brushes, and had always been satisfied with them. So I thought, for a buck, why not! I have shopped with Dollar General for years and have never had any problem with them in any way; in fact, I love Dollar General, not just because they are cheaper than other stores, but also because I really like them and they carry some wonderful things, name brand and store brand!
Anti-Wrinkle Cream
Personal Care™ Anti-Wrinkle Cream with Collagen and Alpha Hydroxy, “helps protect against signs of premature aging. Personal Care™ has an advanced formula that helps to combat the signs of aging. Daily use adds flexibility and tone and leaves skin firmer.”
Directions
Apply to face and neck to smooth lines and wrinkles. Absorbs quickly. Use in the morning and at night, alone or under make up.
The Product
I have found that the cream is not greasy at all. It goes on smoothly and has a very pleasant smell to it.

The container is a white plastic round jar, net weight 8oz. (227G) There is a blue label with white writing on the front.
Ingredients: Water, Stearic Acid, Mineral Oil, Triethanolamine, Propylene Glycol, Glyceryl, Stearate, Stearyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Isopropyl, Myristate, Cetyl Alcohol, Lactic Acid, Retinyl Acetate, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Fragrance, Carbomer, DMDM Hydantoin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
The cream is white in color.

I have found with this cream that is not greasy either and goes on very smoothly.

Ingredients: Water, Mineral Oil, Stearic Acid, Triethanolamine, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl, Stearate, Stearyl Alcohol, Tocopheryl Acetate, (Vitamin E), Dimethicone, Propylene Glycol, Carbomer, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, D&C Red #33.
The cream is white in color.

My Personal Feelings on these Products
These products leave my face feeling soft and not greasy. The fragrance is very pleasant and does not interfere with my make up or other colognes that I may choose to wear. Each cream goes on smoothly and is not clumpy.
I use each one at least once a day. I have also used them to remove my make up and have found that they work well in that manner. However, it is not a habit that I am into because I have a facial cleanser that I use for removing my make up, like I stated earlier. Sometimes I will use only one of them or I will use one in the morning and one at night. I sometimes will use the wrinkle cream first then the vitamin E cream. Either way, for me these products work. You only use a little bit, so they last a long time.
So the next time you are out looking for a Anti-Wrinkle Cream or Facial Cream consider using either one or both of these products made by Personal Care™, found at the local Dollar Store.
