It's March 24th, 2006 - i still haven't received the magazine i ordered in September 2005. Here is the response from Jeff Parker of "Customer Service"-

"I sincerely apologize for the delay you are encountering with the delivery of the order.
Unfortunately, your order was not submitted as it should have been, the reason your order did not get properly processed is that there was a communication error between our system and the publisher's. Unfortunately, this error did not get flagged by either system, and was only discovered once it was inquired about. We have taken steps to prevent such errors in the future.
Your order is processing and will be receiving the magazine within the next few weeks.
Your understanding and cooperation in this regard is appreciated.

I am sure this is the typical response everyone receives. This was early February 2006 - still no magazine, and now they will not respond to my emails or phone calls and the credit card company is no help because 60 days have expired.
This company should be sued by Elliot Spitzer and these monkeys should be thrown in jail.
Do not even think about ordering from this website.
