Purpose of service:
To rent movies without going to the video store only to find the movie you want is out of stock, & to eliminate late fees by allowing you to keep your movies as long as you'd like...When you're done with the movie, you send it back (via FREE postage mail) and Netflix sends you another movie on your list (this list you make is what Netflix calls a "Queue").

Choose your plan...there are 4 to choose from ranging from $9.99/m to $17.99/m. $9.99/m allows you 1 movie at a time. Once you return your ONE movie, you are mailed another. The most expensive plan for $17.99/m allows you 3 movies at a time. The amount of movies you hand in (1-3) is the next amount of movies you'll recieve. Both plans described offers you unlimited movies per month. With each plan, you are given a 2 week trial period before you are charged. there are no contracts to sign whatsoever. You can cancel at anytime.
Some examples of movies available:
New releases, classics, comedy, drama, action/adventure, horror, stage comedy, and much more...
Program Simplicity:
Netflix.com's website is so simple to use that I was able to sign up for it at work in about 5 minutes. The website is as simple as it gets, and so is the service. I once didn't get a movie I rented, which was a simple postal glitch that wasn't Netflix's fault. They didn't hassle me at all. They simply gave me the benefit of the doubt since they never had a problem with me and my account continued to run smoothly without fuss
My Thoughts:
I've been using Netflix for about 6 months and it has been such a convenience in my life. I like watching movies late at night, but I feel unsafe driving late at night and too lazy to go to the video store when it's late. Netflix allows me to save time, have the newest (and classic) movies on hand, while saving me driving time, money, & the hassle of staring at the video store walls wondering what to rent next. I give Netflix an A for their website, their service, and the concept!
