I have had the absolute WORST experience with American Blinds and Wallpaper recently. I have ordered from them in the past and always received good service in a timely manner. This time, however, has been very different. I ordered wallpaper with coordinating border. I received the border within 7 days but the wallpaper did not arrive. I finally called the customer service dept and was told that the wallpaper had been discontinued and would not be coming. I then asked what was the procedure for returning the border since I couldn't get the paper that went with it. I was told there was no returns on borders...period! I stated that on the front page of their website it said "100% satisfaction guaranteed" and the rep told me to click "help-info" then click "returns" then click "borders" and I would find a tiny obscure niche where it clearly states no border returns. What a joke. It gets worse....So I am stuck with the border and I notice that they charged my debit card for the entire order (including the non-existent wallpaper). So for the past 4 weeks I have been calling requesting that they credit my card and I have been given 4 different stories for the delay in giving me back my money. I am still waiting.
