I ordered a few items in December, 2005. They included four (4) Under Armour Heat Gear shirts in black, a Benchmade CBK knife, 25 count of 3V Lithium Batteries, and a pair of 5.11 HRT boots in black.
After 3 weeks I received the boots in TAN, three Under Armour LOOSE Gear shirts in black, one Heat Gear shirt in BLUE, and the Benchmade Knife. I was charged for all the items, and though the email I received says they were shipped, I never received the batteries.
They received my return of the boots and the three Loose Gear shirts on 1/30/06. It's 6/2/06, I still haven't received the batteries, the replacements for the items I returned, or the refund I requested TWICE. To tell you the whole story of the many many emails I have sent and the number of times they have said "we'll ship your items right away" or how they never addressed the missing batteries or how they keep asking for my credit card number so they can get me my refund would take hours.
I made a complaint with the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau, but they couldn't do anything because Botach never responded to the complaint. If you go to the LABBB website, that seems to be a common occurrence.
Don't be fooled by the low prices and ease of ordering. They take your money without providing you with the product you pay for.
