Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service are words not in the Haband Company.
I ordered some products from Haband. It took them 10 days to process and after waiting the 30 days they required to ship, I contacted them and informed them that I did not receive the items. They finally resent the items after denying I placed the order. I had to send them a photo-copy of the check.
I sent a second order to Haband. It took them 12 days to process. After waiting 30 days and still not getting my order I contacted them for a refund of $90.30 by their Internet site. I also called them by telephone. I was told that the refund will be processed.
I then received an email from Haband stating that the warehouse will sent me a label to return the items (the ones that I never received) in order for them to process the refund.
In the meantime, I received product from Haband that was ordered by someone else and delivered to my address. There were two address labels. I contacted Haband and they informed me that they will be sending me a prepay label for me to return the items. I have not received that pre-pay label for over 30 days. Somehow I'm sure that the guy who ordered the items I received is getting the same hassle and delay from Haband that I am.
