Defensive, Abusive, and Threatening Customer Service!

Be very aware when you shop with Super Duper Club. Sure, the prices may be great, but the service is worse than anything I've ever witnessed.
I ordered $200 worth of dvd box sets from them (Like I said, great prices). There were to be 11 total. I paid for Priority shipping, and all items were in stock. It has now been 3 weeks. I have received 7 of the 11. I sent them an email telling them that I'd only received 7 sets. I told them that if the remainder were not received by the end of the month that I would place a dispute on the unreceived part of the order.
It took a week for them to answer me, and when they did, they threatened me. They said if I filed a dispute that they would report me to a collection agency and the internet fraud agency. I responded politely but firmly saying that they were the ones committing fraud because they had not sent me what was paid for and they provided no proof of mailing. So far, no response to the second one.
Too much time has passed for a Priority order. All I want is what I paid for and haven't received. That's 4 dvd box sets. There is no fraud on my part. I only threatened to dispute the amount of the unreceived items, not the entire order. I'm not a thief (unlike them).
If you want abusive and threatening customer service, shop there. Otherwise, just pay more and deal with people who respect and appreciate their customers. My experience is not unique. At least one other epinions reviewer has reported being threatened in the same way.
Proceed with caution with SDC. In the end, you do get what you paid for, and all the savings in the world is not worth being threatened for your patronage.
