Worst Customer Service Around

I made the mistake of ordering from Botach. I received a prompt confirmation of my order and that is the last I heard from the company. I gave them 3 weeks and then started calling them and emailing them with no response from Botach. They never answered the phone or responded to emails or messages. I finally received a response from them after I sent an e-mail telling them about the poor customer service and requesting that they cancel my order as I could no longer use it. This was almost 6 weeks after the order of an allegedly in stock item. They sent an e-mail telling me the items were in stock and just needed my credit card number again. They did send an e-mail confirming the cancelled order though. I have heard they only like to deal with LEO. Well I am LEO for over 14 years and have never dealt with a company with this bad of customer service. My recommendation would be copsplus or galls for most items. I wish I had checked on-line before ordering from this company. This company has great prices listed on the web site, sometimes as much as %50 less than other companys. They also appear to have a pretty good selection of products. It doesn't matter how cheap it is if you never get it and no one from customer service will contact you. I spoke to a few other people with my agency and one them heard the circumstances and then asked me if I was talking about Botach. It would seem they have a reputation. If you are thinking of ordering through them I wouldn't recommend it.
