Pros: Pretty easy to use; nice lemon scent
Cons: Not entirely fume-free; not as effective as promised
The Bottom Line: Easy Off Max Fume Free Oven Cleaner is probably easiest oven cleaner I've used and is pretty effective, but not perfect in my opinion. I do recommend however.

I don't know about you but I avoid cleaning the oven like I avoid the plague. I hate the nauseating fumes, the elbow grease it requires, having to pre-heat the oven, you name it. Not a fun job. When I was having serious back problems I had housekeepers do the heavy housework every other week. Well, thank goodness my back is now improved, so I no longer need to have to pay people to do my housework, plus it was an added expense I really couldn't continue putting out.
I needed to clean the oven, and previous products just didn't appeal to me. I didn't want to have to pre-heat the oven, didn't want the nasty and probably dangerous fumes for me or for my pets. I hoped there was a new and improved (seriously improved, not just a name to up the sales, but really the same old product). When I saw the Easy Off Max Fume Free Oven Cleaner I said "Hmmmmmmmm. . ." to myself. I was a little skeptical but thought it was worth a try.

My experience:
Not one to blindly trust manufacturers I made sure I had ample ventilation before using this product. I don't own long rubber gloves so used regular sized rubber gloves. I decided to do the 2 hour method, rather than the overnight version, though I did have quite a bit of caked on food/grease. I shook the can and sprayed it both on the inside of my stove, the top, as well as the broiler.
While I didn't get dizzy from the fumes or overwhelmed with the smell, I can not honestly say it is completely fume-free. I think that is an exaggeration by the manufacturer. Is it less potent of a smell? Sure, but fume-free, no.
I did find that it more easily removed the grease and baked/caked on foods from the oven than products I've used in the past, but it did require some scrubbing on my part.
Overall thoughts on this product:
Is this the be-all, end-all of oven cleaners? Not in my opinion. Is it better than the other Easy Off products I've used in the past for oven cleaning? Yes, I can honestly say it is. Admittedly, I had let this chore go for a while, so it did require more time, more work than many of you will have. The fumes are not as strong as other products, but not totally fume-free either. Overall, I am giving this product 4 stars, and don't hesitate to recommend it highly. However, it is not perfect.
Thanks for reading!
