I purchased a brand called Sunpentown ice maker from quality matters and it was defective. It started leaking after 3 cycles. Customer service at the retailer was decent enough but at the manufacturer it was downright unhelpful, incomprehensible and aggravating. Too bad, but that's the product you are selling so I have to give two thumbs way down.

To Qualitymatters.com, kindly stop your blatant attempt at trying to rate this review negatively.  It is embarrasingly obvious that you have created multiple accounts (qualmatters/jerseyheat/flubberlove) to rate this review. This is not only a violation of epinion's guidelines but also demonstrates the complete lack of integrity of your business.
