Purchased ticket at aa.com. We were not sure we could get in the first leg of the flight due to overbooking. Economy seats are really worn in many of the 767 airplanes. Entertainment system is old on 767 airplanes. Twice on that trip I was seating too far from the screen to be able to see the movie. Before the second leg the plane broke down which gave 10hours of delay, with departure at 2.30am, which is 2 hours after the heating in the terminal of JFK goes off.
Crew is not friendly. I want free alcohol over the oceans. E-itinerary does not show aircraft model (which I like to know by curiosity). Entertainment radio was all very similar and quite boring (767 and MD80 within US).
We did receive a 50$ voucher in compensation for the 10hour delay flight, but that expires in only 6 months, too short to be useful.
Ticket pricing is right.
