DELL Inspiron 7000 works great. Ease of use.
I have this system for 2.5 years and though the laptop was returned to the central depot several times, I am still able to use the laptop PROFESSIONALLY, PERSONALLY, AND RECREATIONALLY!!!
In fact, my laptop is so good that instead of using the desktops (two) that are assigned to me at the national wireless communication company, I am fully relying on the laptop's quick speed and processing to do my everyday basic functions - analysis, accessing data.
Of course, during the last 2.5 years, I have upgraded the RAM memory from 128MB to 256MB - the max.
Nowadays, this laptop is no longer the ideal choice (since there are faster DELL laptops)but I could safely say this laptop works well. In fact, I dropped this laptop few times (onto carpeted floor) and the laptop STILL WORKS!!!
Compared to my roommate's VAIO, THE DELL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE AND THE WARRANTY ARE WAY, WAY BETTER.
