Their shipping speed is excellent. But that hardly makes up for the fact that they use the classic bait and switch. I order a ProPower EN-EL1 replacement battery which is properly priced for that quality battery. Pro Power is a maker of a quality replacement battery that commands a completely understandable premium price. $18 for the battery, which is very close to the price that Pro Power's reputable dealers charge. Unfortunately, they send me a cheap, inferior, unbranded Chinese replacement with no product number or even an invoice. They promise a complete refund if unsatisfied. I could possibly excuse this as an unintended error. But if you read reviews in Amazon and here in Epinions.com carefully, it should become obvious that this is their standard practice. So I am stuck with a substituted lithium ion battery from China that I cannot get a refund for or even exchange. Hopefully if enough people complain, Amazon will remove them from their dealer list.
When I complained and requested a RMA, I got this response instead..and no RMA.
