First they charged my debit card twice. I thought my account information had been stolen when I saw a 120 dollar charge onit. After an hour on hold, they told me this was standard operating and they would remove the charge after delivery! WHAT? I tried to cancel my order but since it was the day before delivery they refused. My flowers showed up on my moms door at six pm, and get this, they were the WRONG flowers. A dozen roses when I had ordered a daisy arrangement (my moms favorite flowers). Roses actually have a bad tie to my dad in my family, so, needless to say I am angry! I am currently on hold (40 minutes in) and I'm hoping for a full refund. This was a terrible experience!
