I have purchased many small items on line, but never a large ticket item like a 50" Panasonic Plasma. But after reading the reviews about Vanns.com I decided to give them a chance. What a great experience. They did everything they said they would. The customer service was very curtious and actually encouraged me to use the internet to make tracking easier for me. I ordered the TV on a thurs. afternoon, and had an email by Friday confirming the order and giving me a tracking number to follow the TV's progress via Yellow Freight Co. To my surprise, I received a call Monday morning from Yellow letting me know that the 50" plasma was in Kansas City, and would be at my house that afternoon. The whole process was wonderful. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Vanns. In less than 3 business days I ordered online and had a new (in original new packaging) 50" Panasonic Plasma TV in my home hooked up and enjoying it. Probably the best part was not having to go down to a box store (Best Buy) and load it up, strap it down, and then get it home. Vanns had it delivered right to my front door.
