I buy lots of computer hardware online, let's start there. My expectations aren't complicated, I like a reasonable price, I like reasonable shipping charges and I don't mind paying a little more for a reseller that I have a good experience with.
I'll try somebody new if the price is compelling. That's how I ended up trying NeoComputers.
It was a great price on a Matrox video card, shipping was reasonable and being in Davenport IA, the shipping to Minnesota should have been quick.
Guys (or gals) at NeoComputers:
You take the order and you have to put the stuff in a box and send it out, not sit on it 'til the customer bugs you about it.
When you put it in the box, it's fine to reuse boxes, but at least reuse one that is made to ship electronics in.
When you send an oem card, at least make sure the software CD you send isn't delaminated...
Needless to say, I probably won't buy from these folks again.
