beware that this is one of several companies that are affiliated with reservationrewards.com which guarantees a $15 discount on future purchases at FTD, but in fact charges $10/month. the offer is misleadingly portrayed as free but you will receive a confirmation email where the monthly charge is buried at the bottom of it.
here's the email they sent me after i claimed back the money (id and dates removed):

We try to make our offer as clear as possible and we apologize for any concern you may have experienced.
We are aware there are some negative postings and understand that people have the right to speak their mind. While it may seem there are a lot of postings, the amount is actually a small percentage because we deal with millions of consumers every year. What I can tell you is that we have thousands of very happy and satisfied Reservation Rewards members that actively use our service and benefits.
Our records show that on XX/XX/2006 you or someone in your household completed an online transaction with www.FTD.com. After your transaction you were offered and accepted a membership in Reservation Rewards. Immediately next to the offer, the Offer Details were displayed, which included the agreement that we could bill the fee to the credit card you used for your transaction with www.FTD.com.
The person who signed up for Reservation Rewards would have given permission to use that specific credit card. In order to sign up they would have typed in the email address XXXXXXX@XXXXXX.com two times, like a signature and also clicked the button to accept the membership.
This membership was cancelled effective XX/XX/2007 and we have issued a full refund. Your refund will show as five $10.00 credits on your credit card, debit card or PayPal account within the next 3-5 business days.
We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experience with our Customer Service Call Center. We hope we have satisfied your request.
