I'm thankful that I decided to use Febreze Air effects on my dress.

Pros: Takes scent away easily
Cons: a little pricey.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend Febreze Air effects to freshen up even fabrics, once you do the stain test because it can truly remove odors.

I have a wedding to attend tomorrow July 3rd 2007 and i needed to freshen up my dress but did not want to send it to the cleaners. I had waited about two weeks, not wanting to spend the money for the special cleaning and truly very afraid that they would mess up my dress which needed a special spot treatment. The dress had no stains, but below the arms of the dress needed to be freshened up because I wore the dress before.
After using about three things 1. A Fabric Refresher EXTRA strength 2. A Fabric Refresh Citrus Clean 3. A fabric Refresh for $0.99 which should have taken it out, nothing worked.I got so frustrated because it seemed that I would have to buy another dress. Passing by my bathroom i noticed the Febreze Air effect and decided to try it.I sprayed it lightly at first to see if it did any damage to my dress, because the wedding is tomorrow morning, no damage was done so i gave it a good soaking, rubbed it a little then used the standing fan to air dry it quickly. I did not even take five minutes when i smelt the dress WOW!, it worked even giving my dress, under the arms a beautiful scent. I would truly try it again to freshen my clothing.
