Absolutely the worst online & retail experience I've ever had!

My experience with Achoo Allergy was terrible the WORST Ive ever had with online shopping! They definitely have the worst customer service ever!
It took a very long time (almost a month) for the company to ship out only HALF my order for the rather expensive allergy bedding. Many of their products were backordered even though the website explicitly stated the items were in stock. The second half of the order was received another month later!
When they did finally ship out the first HALF of my order, it was INCORRECTLY shipped to the billing address instead of the shipping address indicated on the order form. Achoo Allergys mistake cost me an extra $65 in charges and the people at Achoo Allergy are not willing to reimburse me for the mistake that they had made.
Instead, the self-proclaimed owner who was also the person who had shipped out my order indicated that it was my fault that I did not flag the difference in addresses to her. However, according to the BBBOnline website the name and gender of the owner was different from the person who I spoke to on the phone.
Her excuse for not knowing that there was a difference in addresses was that they do not keep the order forms in front of them when they ship out their products. In turn, she blamed me for not telling her that the shipping address was different from the billing address. When I brought to her attention that the shipping address was clearly stated on the original order form and shipping confirmation email, she said that they did not keep that information?!
I had to pay long distance charges to call Achoo Allergy to ask how they were planning to correct the problem. The first time I brought the issue to Achoo Allergys attention, the sales person on the phone was rude and purposely hung up on me, even though I was completely friendly with her.
The self-proclaimed owner who finally called me back after I had sent numerous emails and placed numerous long distance phone calls was again rude, mean, and unwilling to compromise even though it was clearly her mistake. During the conversation, she spent the entire time yelling at me and cutting me off while I was trying to explain the situation to her.
When I finally got the second half of the order, one of the items had a stain on it, and they incorrectly sent me a cheaper set of pillowcases from the ones I ordered and paid for. When I called them to inform them of their mistake, they told me that I would need to pay for the return shipping and they could then resend the correct pillowcases that I ordered. Why should I be paying for the return shipping for their packing mistake?
The end result was that she planned to give me a 5% discount on a future purchase which is what Achoo Allergy offers to ALL their customers after their first purchase. That certainly does not compensate me for the extra $65 in charges that I incurred, not to mention the time, energy and extra money in long distance calling costs. Not to mention sending me the wrong cheaper pillowcases and dirty bedding. Why would I want to spend more money with a company who has treated me so badly?
I never ever plan to shop at Achoo Allergy again!
Potential Achoo Allergy Shoppers: BEWARE of a company that cannot fulfill your order correctly, ships your order to the wrong address, causes you to pay more charges than initially agreed upon, has salespeople who are yell at you when they make a mistake, hangs up on you when you call and makes you wait 2 months for their mediocre and dirty allergy bedding products! You be would be much better off buying from any other online merchant!
