I was very pleased with my entire purchase experience. I had found a sofa at a local retail store that I felt would be a perfect fit for my library. The room is relatively small in size, complicated by a diagonal fireplace. I needed a comfortable seating surface that was proportioned in a manner that would not make the area feel small, crowded or divided. I decided to investigate on-line purchase options. Within a week, I had visited several sites and on-line merchants that carried the particular sleeper sofa that interested me. Your site, however, contained not only the desired sleeper sofa, but many more of the brand's furniture collection. I was already familiar with the product and my decision was now limited to cost and advertised servicing of the sale. A final web search was made to better determine the customer satisfaction rating of the web site. This was a bit more difficult to find, but something that I felt was necessary before I made an initial purchase to an unknown web site. I was pleased with the review detail that I was able to find, although the results were much more limited in scope than many other web sites that I have considered purchasing from. I found the web site purchase options well laid out and easy to use. I also found that promotional offers were relatively easy to find, compared to other web sites and web retailers, and detailed in plain language with few instances of qualifying words. I completed the web sales agreement, and within a few weeks, I received my desired sleeper sofa, saved 40% and solved my home delivery / set-up concerns. I look forward to using your site again in the approaching holiday season.
