To anyone reading this, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY FROM CAMERA ADDICT!
I was wanting to buy the HV20 for for $1000 at circuit city, and when I saw the price of it for $600, I couldn't believe it! I knew there had to be a catch... AND THERE WAS! A HUGE ONE! So when I called to confirm the order, they said the camera doesn't come with a battery, chargers, or any of the cords or wires, NOT EVEN A MENU ON THE CAMERA! Or a manual in the box. Just the camera! I asked if the language on the camera was set in English, and thats when he told me IT DIDN'T HAVE MENUS!He told me that USA model came with all the cords and had a menu and every thing the Circuit City one had but for $889, but was still cheaper. I said I already had a battery and cords from the previous camera, but he said they wouldn't work, I knew he was obviously lying. I saw the charger and it was clear they would work! So I was think about buying this camera all night, and I was extremely disappointed by them! So I said they should mention that the camera doesn't have a menu or it doesn't come with any wires or cords on the actual page that you buy it on, so he said, it on the website! So I said where. Even he had trouble finding it! You have to go to the bottom of the page, in small print, click about, click on warranty and stuff on a huge list of things, middle of the page, second paragraph, blah blah blah, and there is was. Saying the USA model is more expensive and their cameras come with with no wires or cords. I don't even think it said that actually. And they try to make you buy accessories!
