Ordered a 52" Sony Bravia W-series last Monday-got it Friday (actually, the mount came Thursday, the TV cam Friday)! I got the TV, an articulating arm mount and 5 year in home warranty for a little less than I would have paid for just the TV in town. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Box arrived as promised via nice delivery person and was in perfect condition. This is the second big purchase I've made with plasmabay.com, the last about 4 years ago--in between I bought a Samsung 50" plasma at CircuitCity and was not impressed--with the TV r CircuitCity, particularly given the mark up (my wife insisted it would be "safer"). Anyway...next time I need something that Plasmabay.com sells, that's where I'm getting it! No hidden shipping costs or "insurance" scams here...no pressure to buy anything else.
