Shopping at iKitchen is a pleasant experience generally. There is a nice variety of merchandise to choose at good prices. Sometimes it takes a while to get the items ordered but they do come eventually. Accuracy is very good. I would appreciate more detail in shipping notifications especially listing what is being sent and what remains on back order. Overall I am quite satisfied. It would also be better to have my address information stored on the site so I don't have to enter both shipping and billing addresses each time I order. Some product listings could use more detail about the products so that it is easier to tell the differences between products and make better informed decisions. Other internet stores show expected dates and in stock values when you add a product to your basket and this would be a welcome addition to iKitchen. I remember that one my earliest orders had two items on back order for a long time and I never did get them or a notice that they were unavailable for an unspecified long period and got cancelled. I only made one inquiry so far to customer service and I received a timely and accurate helpful response.
