Frankly I am not impressed at all. I ordered on 1/22/08 (11:34 AM EST), it shipped on 1/23/08, and I have a tracking number as of 3:40 PM CST 1/24/08. Why am I not impressed? The website said the item was in stock and would "Ship TODAY", it didn't. I got an email stating my order was received and that was it. No more communications. I had to go online to check order status and found I was approved. Yet there was no tracking number, nothing stating the order was shipped etc. I just layed down $1200 dollars, and after reading some horrible reviews on the internet was getting extremely worried. I called about 5 different times, and finally today, Brandon was able to give me a tracking number. The problem is lack of communication. It only took two days, but for $1200 dollars, I was ready to go to war. Mercantila needs to understand this. So, if you (anyone reading this, and want to make a purchase), are willing to understand that Mercantila still has some bugs to fix (I spoke to www.Roadway.com, and they confirmed that Mercantila is definitely doing MUCH better than in the past), and are patient, then you shouldn't have too much trouble. You just may very well get your item but without any communications that it is actually coming. I pray I have no more trouble with Mercantila in the future. I don't I will be doing much purchasing from them until I start seeing an improvement in the reviews on the web.
