Went to the website and looked for a product I thought they might carry. Found the product, compared prices with other sites, found it was one of the best and along with having the product immediately ready for shipping, convinced me to use this site.
The delivery time estimate was five to seven days. The actual time was less than five and this was during the Christmas holiday season. If anything, this product should have been shipped late. That's what happened with virtually every other purchase I made this last Christmas season.
My order was complete, looked like everything that was pictured on their vast website. As I wrote above, not only did I do some comparison shopping on the internet for this day's purchases but found other items to put on my "to buy" list. My feeling is that list will increase as I visit the site more and more and more...
There wasn't a lot of hands on customer service but the fact they let me know immediately that the order was received, was nice to know. The immediate form had my order, pricing and all explanations of product. The next day, I received my shipping confirmation. Very comforting to know within twenty-four hours of visiting the website, the product was out the door, heading towards my home.
