My order at deepdiscount.com was horrible. It took over two weeks to get my order. I was notified that my order was on backorder. The problem is that I was not notified that the CD was on backorder before I ordered it. However, the packaging they sent it in was nice and the shipping was free, so what can you expect. The merchandise was as expected without any scratches or damages to the outside of the CD. The customer service stinks, they never responded to my emails. When I tried to call I waited over ten minutes and got tired of waiting, so I just hung up. I am very dissatisfied with the service and hope no one else gets stuck as I did with them. The organization of the site is good, they have a good selection too. They just need faster shipping and better customer service. Overall, I am dissatisfied and for me to order from them again they would have to have a really good deal. Also, if I didn't want to get the stuff on time I might order from again. Warning: Be prepared to wait for your stuff and to receive little to no customer service help.
