Worst shopping experience ever.
I purchased a hammock on Jan 29th for an event the following week. To ensure that it arrives on time I had it sent to me on 3 day shipping. On Feb 4th, a couple days after not receiving my order, I called to get my order status update. I was informed the order had already shipped and for that reason, I could not cancel the order.
On Feb 9th I called again to complain about both the delay in the order and the false statement I got in my previous call. I was informed by the customer service rep. that I will get a full reimbursement.
On Feb 13, I get an email form them to confirm my order just shipped.
On Feb 18th I received the hammock after calling to cancel my order twice!
I am currently in the process of sending the hammock back...
