The Bottom Line If there is a slight chance that you might have to return an item, avoid Camera World. It's not worth the trouble.

I posted this before but it never shows... repost it.
Most of my experience with Cameraworld was very positive (that's why I was their customer for quite a long time) until I have to retrun a product. I asked the customer service prep. what can be done. He suggested that I can try to solve the problem with the manufacturer first. I took his advice. Unfortunately the manufacturer couldn't find the problem I was experienced. Naturally, I decided to return the product. After a few rounds with customer service preps. I was 'promoted' to talk to the manager and he strongly stated that once I worked with the manafacturer, the product CANNOT be returned. To say the least, I was shocked. The advice to work with the manufacturer was given by Cameraworld, and the same advice came back and bit me in the rear.
Best of luck (i.e. you don't have to return any product) if you continue with CameraWorld. For me, all happy experiences with them were washed away completely. No more CameraWorld.
